Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free Cornbread Mix Description
Stone ground, whole grain cornmeal and sorghum impart an unmatched flavor and texture from another era to this Gluten Free Cornbread Mix. After easy preparation, you will bake perfectly moist and light cornbread.
Cornbread Mix Directions
1å_ cups Milk (rice, soy, dairy)
1/3 cup Oil or melted Butter
Have all the ingredients at room temperature. Preheat oven to 375 F. Generously grease a 9 x 9-inch gray, nonstick pan. Place entire package of Bob's Red Mill Cornbread Mix in larger mixer bow. Add 1å_ cups milk, 2 large eggs and 1/3 cup canola oil or melted butter. Mix on low speed with electric mixer until blended. Beat another 30 seconds with mixer on high. Pour into baking pan. Bake 25 minutes or until nicely browned.
